Program for Industrial
Setting Higher Standards of Skin Care to Combat Occupational Skin Disorders
The Deb Industrial Program is specifically designed to improve skin care standards and reduce the threat of work-related hand eczema and occupational skin disorders (OSD), in general to Make Hands Matter in the Workplace. OSD, particularly work-related hand eczema, is a serious health issue that currently goes largely unreported in the workplace. There is insufficient perception of the problem and lack of understanding of the consequences of poor skin condition.
The program integrates three elements: Essential Products, Vital Information and Highest Standards of Behavior - to allow for a customized, preventative skin care program to be installed in any workplace. It consists of the most comprehensive occupational skin care product range, meaningful training and educational tools and workers' skin condition evaluations that improve standards of skin care behavior.
