Dispenser design, development and production are fully integrated within the Deb Group, ensuring that Deb Stoko Range dispensers meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. We are so confident in the quality of our dispensers that we guarantee them for life.
The Deb Stoko Range incorporates a unique range of robust wall-mounted 1 litre, 2 litre and 4 litre closed, sealed cartridge dispensers that meet the distinct needs of any workplace. The dispenser formats include manual and touch-free options, plus Deb Stoko Skin Safety Centres – sturdy wall mountable boards designed to offer all that is required for a 3-step skin care or hand hygiene programme.
In addition, we have a unique Custom Dispenser Design Service which allows you to create your own dispenser design to match your corporate identity, washroom style or personal preference.
The dispensers are designed to be used with the full range of Deb Stoko Range products, from hand creams, foaming soaps, shower gels through to foaming heavy duty hand cleansers and hand sanitisers.
Deb Stoko Range dispensing systems are designed to deliver cost efficiency and the highest levels of safety and hygiene for users. The key benefits of Deb Stoko Range dispensing systems include:
All Deb Stoko Range dispensers are manufactured using approved high impact, chemically resistant plastics (such as PET, ABS, PC/PBT, PP, etc.) to ensure long life and low maintenance performance, even in busy workplace environments.
Hygienic Sealed Cartridges
The hygienically sealed cartridge and pump mechanisms do not allow the ingress of air into the cartridge during use to help prevent product contamination and ensure ‘fresh’ product is dispensed every time.
No drips or clogging of pumps which can cause mess on walls and floors and can be a health & safety risk, with minimal maintenance required.
Cartridges are designed to collapse in use so that all of the product is evacuated.
Our dispensers deliver the exact amount required, controlling both usage and cost as well as reducing waste.
The dispensers are designed to be wall-mounted, allowing to be conveniently located where skin care and hand hygiene is required, whether above a sink, in washrooms & changing areas or in the main work area.
No need for products on sink tops where they can be a hazard and are exposed to contamination in the "splash zone" - the area around the sink where water and soilings from the hands are splashed.
The dispenser cabinets can be securely fixed to walls to prevent theft of the whole unit. In addition, the cabinet covers are lockable by key to help stop unauthorised access, thus preventing deliberate product contamination or theft of the product inside.
Easy to use
Simple wall mounted dispensing units with large, 'easy-push' buttons ensure that virtually no one is precluded from being able to use.
All Deb dispensers are exclusively protected by BioCote® - a silver-based antimicrobial agent that is incorporated into the plastic components at the time of manufacture and inhibits the growth of a broad spectrum of bacteria and moulds. BioCote® will not wear-out or rub-off and is effective for the lifetime of the dispenser.
Colour-coding cartridges and dispensers help users identify the type of product; and ensures the correct products are replenished by facility staff.
Guaranteed for Life
All Deb dispensers are manufactured from durable plastic components and rigorously tested for high usage environments, providing assurance of quality and long-term cost efficiency.
Locating Dispensers to ensure Product Availability & Accessibility
A key element to skin care compliance is ensuring that the appropriate products are available and accessible to workers where and when they are required. As such, the provision of skin care must take into account normal workflows and worker behaviour.
The Deb Stoko® Range Incorporates options for communal dispensing of products, or personal issue packs to address specific needs and situations. Whilst appropriate hand cleansers will need to be located at sinks specified for hand washing use, the location and availability of protect and restore creams will vary.
